Dad, Daughter 'Shake It Off' in Viral Video
The viral video has been viewed over 200,000 times
— -- While some fathers and daughters might read, watch a movie or play outside during their time together, one South Carolina pair decided they just wanted to “Shake It Off.”
The result is a hilarious video of Josh Rinder and his 4-year-old daughter, Audrey, dancing to the Taylor Swift song of the same name.
“I try to make it a point to have a daddy-daughter ‘date night’ with Audrey several times a month,” Rinder, 29, told ABC News. “Sometimes we go out to eat, and sometimes we play tea party and dance like no one is watching.”

Rinder, a Fed Ex courier, posted the video to YouTube last month thinking it would be a fun thing for family and friends to watch. Instead, the video has become a viral hit with over 200,000 views.
“With all the craziness going on in the world, it’s great to let loose and be goofy every once in a while,” Rinder said of why he thinks the video has proven so popular.
It did not hurt either that Rinder and his daughter chose Swift’s catchy tune to dance to. “Shake It Off” has spent at least two weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart since being released last month.
Just like Swift does in the song’s video, Audrey had at least one costume change in her own “Shake It Off” video, including a cheerleader-type outfit with pom poms, just like Swift.
“Audrey is a big Taylor Swift fan and a fan of music in general,” Rinder said. “Anything she can dance to.”
