— -- No one wants to get stopped by security at the airport. Well, no one but Oscar-nominated actor Eddie Redmayne.

"The Theory of Everything" star, 33, who won a Golden Globe for his portrayal of Stephen Hawking in the acclaimed movie, told reporters during the Oscars lunch Monday in Los Angeles that the day after the Globes, he was hoping TSA would open his carry-on bag since it was carrying his award, something that he was so proud to have won.

Redmayne said the day after winning the Globe, he was back at the airport and "I saw the bag go through [the X-ray machine] and I saw the [TSA attendant] stop the thing and then go close up on this weird-shaped thing," according to Vanity Fair.

Redmayne said the TSA agent was like, "I think it’s an award or something.”

“I was praying that they would make me open it up...and they did. That was very special moment,” he added.

Security had no idea who the actor was.

“The guy was like, ‘Is this real?’” Redmayne said.

If he wins the Oscar for Best Actor, perhaps TSA agents will finally recognize Redmayne.
