'Friday Night Lights' Castmates Pose With Scott Porter's Son

— -- Texas forever, indeed.

"Friday Night Lights" co-stars Scott Porter, Matt Lauria and Gaius Charles staged a mini-reunion, spending the afternoon with Porter's infant son, McCoy.

"'Good friends...livin' large in Texas'...and babies," wrote Porter of the get-together. "#TexasForever @MattLauria @GaiusCharles"

The group has stayed friendly for some time, also getting together in 2013, along with Zack Gilford and Kevin Rankin. At the time, hopes for a reunion movie were high, but that June, writer/producer David Hudgins said that it was unlikely.

"I will say that we can dream the dream; there have been talks about making a movie of the series," he said, according to the Huffington Post. "The producers, Pete and his partners are very passionate about it. I don't think there's any plans for it to move forward right now. But you never say never."
