— -- Good news "Harry Potter" fans -- your favorite magician is coming back in a unique way for the holidays.
J.K. Rowling announced the news on her site Pottermore and the Facebook page reads, "Christmas is coming early to Pottermore. Starting Friday, December 12, we’ll be releasing a surprise for you every day on pottermore.com at 1pm GMT (8am EST)."
The note continued, "With wonderful new writing by J.K. Rowling in Moments from 'Half-Blood Prince,' shiny gold Galleons and even a new potion or two, make sure you don’t miss out – just visit pottermore.com and answer our rhyming riddles to unwrap a #PottermoreChristmas surprise every day."
This isn't the first time Rowling, 49, has released new Potter material.
In October, she dropped a series of new tales for Halloween, including a story about the evil Hogwarts professor Dolores Umbridge. Before that in the summer, Rowling released a story written by "Rita Skeeter" about a mid-30's Potter and his gang all grown up.
