April 8, 2014 — -- Julianne Hough is a busy woman these days.

Not only did she guest judge Monday on "Dancing with the Stars," but she has a full-on tour dancing with her brother, Derek, coming up. The tour -- which will span 40 cities across the U.S. and Canada -- has the actress nervous about the physical toll it will take on her body.

"I'm already freaking out. We are going to be on stage for 90 minutes," she told ABC News. "It's not just like a light jog. We are going to be doing all sorts of styles of dance, and we are going to be singing and interacting with the crowd and the audience."

She added, "We want this to feel like the biggest rock concert you've ever been to, but for dance."

One benefit of such a grueling tour is that Hough is going to look good afterwards, she said.

"All I know is I am going to have a very fit, rocking body by the end of this tour," she said. "I'll be putting my bikini on, for sure."

Hough has been dating Washington Capitals forward Brooks Laich since December and being away on tour is not going to affect things at all," she said.

"We are going to make it work," she added, "in every facet, whether it's family, friends, boyfriends, girlfriends, whatever."

Laich, who was set up with Hough by a mutual friend, the actor Teddy Sears, tweeted his support for Hough Monday night on "DWTS."

"Dang, this guest judge on @DancingABC is cute!" Laich posted next to a picture of her at the judges' panel.

"Thank you my darling!" she replied.

As for the hockey player's dancing ability, Hough was candid.

"He's actually a good dancer," she told ABC News.
