Kim Kardashian West Taking 'Some Much Needed Time Off'

— -- Kim Kardashian West has been quiet on social media since she was allegedly robbed in Paris earlier this month. Her assistant provided a brief update Monday, saying the reality-TV star is taking "some much needed time off."

The assistant, Stephanie Sheppard, posted a photo of a handwritten note to Kardashian West's website and app that begins, "Hey group, so you may have noticed we haven’t updated the app in a couple weeks. Keeks is taking some much needed time off.

"But not to worry … we’ve called upon Kim’s closest friends, fam & yours truly to save up some exclusives," Sheppard added. "Stay tuned for new posts and app takeovers!! Thank you so much for your support for my girl."

Kardashian West, 35, was allegedly robbed of millions of dollars' worth of jewelry in Paris earlier this month after two masked men broke into her rented apartment.

Her sister, Khloe Kardashian, told Ellen DeGeneres in an interview last week that Kim is "not doing that well."

"It's incredibly traumatic what happened to her, but our family is super close and great, and we'll get through it together," Khloe said at the time.
