Lindsay Lohan Toys With Guns, Trouble

Lohan poses in lingerie, with a gun, smeared in blood for photo shoot.

April 30, 2010 — -- In the wake of her father's campaign to reform her hard-partying ways, Lindsay Lohan's bringing out the big guns.

Well, one gun to be specific. In a recent photo shoot with celebrity photographer Tyler Shields, the 23-year-old starlet toyed with a pistol and put it to her lips. She also rolled around the floor in lingerie, smeared herself with fake blood, bit a male model participating in the shoot and lit up a cigarette.

The photographs will be featured in Shields' upcoming book, "The Dirty Side of Glamour." On his blog, Shields wrote that Lohan let loose at the shoot in the name of art: "She is a huge art lover and simply wanted to create some."

Maybe creative expression is how Lohan's coping with her chaotic life. She called into Ryan Seacrest's KIIS-FM radio show Wednesday to vent about her problems, paternal and otherwise.

"I think some of it is just foul," she said about her dad's assertions that she's out of control and in need of an intervention. "No one should ever have to worry about their father saying that publicly about them. It distracts from the work that I'm doing and it only builds negative press and that's why it really hurts me. My mom is an amazing woman and she's been put through hell by him, so anything he says about her is completely false."

Lohan claimed she's hard at work.

"I'm doing my clothing line, I'm starting a movie soon, I'm producing some shows," she said. "I've been working a lot."

Not so hard, however, that she can't log a few hours at the club.

"It's not a crime to go and have fun with your friends," she said. "I actually haven't been out in over a week."

But according to, Lohan may be guilty of another crime: not attending her alcohol education courses as required by the terms of her probation from her 2007 DUI.

Last year, Judge Marsha Revel ordered Lohan to attend a class once every seven days. According to TMZ, Lohan hasn't been going that frequently but has managed to avoid getting in trouble with the program by attending a class once every 21 days. At a progress hearing scheduled for May 20, Revel could rule that Lohan's violated her probation and send her to jail.

In an e-mail statement to, Lohan's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, said the actress isn't in the wrong.

"Though there have been occasional weeks when Lindsay has missed her alcohol treatment class, she has always managed to make up the class the following week by attending two classes," Holley wrote. "For this reason, we contend that Ms. Lohan is in substantial compliance with the conditions of her probation."
