Michelle Young and Nayte Olukoya are sharing more details about planning their upcoming wedding.
After the couple's engagement was revealed earlier this month during the finale of the 18th season of the "The Bachelorette," many fans were curious as to when the two plan to tie the knot.
In a new interview with People, Young said they are currently in the wedding planning process, which she said is "picking up speed."
"No shade to anybody who wants a long engagement, but that's not us," she told the outlet. "We're like, cool, you're my person, I'm your person. We're ready!"
"The show only lasts so long," Olukoya said. "Now it's done and we're just two people madly in love, going down the road."
He also revealed they are hoping to marry during the summertime and his mother would love for them to wed in Scotland.
Young and Olukoya are planning to settle into their first home together in Minnesota, where Young hails from. During the season finale of "The Bachelorette," Olukoya said he was making the move from Austin, Texas, to be with Young in Minnesota in just a few months.
The couple was also gifted a $200,000 check from Bachelor Nation for a down payment on their home.
It appears the couple also spent their first Christmas together in Minnesota; Young shared several photos of them with their pups over the holidays.
"I'm looking forward to packing up and seeing what Minnesota is like," Olukoya told People. "I'm all in. And I'm excited!
