'Only Murders in the Building' cast celebrate end of filming for season 3 in new video
Selena Gomez, Martin Short and Steve Martin made the announcement on Instagram.
"Only Murders in the Building" stars Steve Martin, Selena Gomez and Martin Short are celebrating the end of filming for the show's forthcoming third season.
In the video posted to the Hulu comedy-drama's official Instagram page Tuesday, the lead actors excitedly announce to the show's crew that they have officially wrapped filming.
"That's a wrap..." Martin says.
"On season three..." says Gomez.
"Of 'Only Murders in the Building,'" Short says.
"That's a wrap!" all three actors say in unison as camera pans out over the room full of crew members, who begin cheering and clapping.
After a beat, Short jokingly asks the crew, "I know you don't pick people, but of the three [of us], who's your favorite?"
Martin then replies, "Oh, they pick people -- from what I've heard!"
In addition to Gomez, Short and Martin, fans can expect season 3 appearances from big names such as Meryl Streep and Paul Rudd.
Few details have been released about Streep's character, but in a first-look teaser released last month, the actress appears to be sitting for a table read of the play, "Bye Bye Buffalo," which fans saw briefly at the end of season 2. Rudd's character can also be seen in the teaser participating in the table read.
A release date for "Only Murders in the Building" season 3 has not yet been announced.
Hulu is owned by Disney, the parent company of ABC News and "Good Morning America."
