Iconic resort wear brand Lilly Pulitzer has created 27,500 mask covers for medical workers and first responders on the front lines of the novel coronavirus pandemic.
On Monday, the brand shared a heartwarming photo of a group of medical staff wearing the covers that feature Lilly Pulitzer's iconic prints.
The vibrant covers were created by Lilly Pulitzer employees who volunteered time to create and donate them to health care workers and first responders at over 60 organizations.
In a caption, the company stated, "We believe in making the world a happier place one print at a time."

The mask covers include bright blues, pinks, oranges and eye-catching prints.
"This is a cause near to all of our hearts as so many of us have family members, dear friends, and our cherished Lilly community that are on the front lines every single day," the designer label wrote in a blog post. "We thank them for all they do, and we encourage everyone to #bethesunshine in these unprecedented times."
There was immediate interest in the covers from Lilly Pulitzer fans, but the brand posted an update on Instagram that they're not available for sale at the moment. Health care organizations are welcome to contact the company to be added to a list of organizations in need.
Lilly Pulitzer joins other designers such as Christian Siriano, Carolina Herrera, Brandon Maxwell, and more that have transformed their facility efforts toward creating PPE for those in needed during the COVID-19 crisis.
