Oct. 19, 2004 -- -- In "Good Morning America's" new series, "52 Things You Need To Know," we've turned to the experts on various subjects to help get you the answers you need to life's everyday dilemmas and more.

As part of "GMA's" "52 Things You Need To Know" series, "InStyle" magazine's Amy Synnott offered tips to women on taking care of their delicate skin through their 30s, 40s and 50s.

30s: At this age, you will begin to see fine lines on your face and around your eyes and mouth, according to Synnott, "InStyle's" beauty editor. Synott suggests wearing a moisturizer that contains sunscreen during the day. At night, Synnott suggests using an anti-aging cream with Retinol or glycolic acids. If you have sensitive skin, Synott suggests looking for products with kinetin.

40s: By this age, if you've spent too much time in the sun, it won't go unnoticed. Synnott says you should switch to a rich moisturizer and look for products with wild yam or soy.

50s: This is the age bracket where you have sagging, and unfortunately there is no miracle product for sagging. Synnott suggests seeing a dermatologist and inquiring about prescription Renova, a more potent wrinkle product that is FDA approved. Synnott says Renova stimulates collagen plumping up the skin to minimize your wrinkles and sagging. If you don't want to get a prescription, Synnott suggests looking for products that contain peptides.
