You better watch out, you better not cry . . . Santa Mickey Cake is coming to town.

Head over to Amorette's Patisserie, the upscale, French-style bakery in Disney Springs at Walt Disney World Resort, for one of the sweetest and cutest treats to appear over the holiday season.

"Good Morning America" got to see first hand how the incredibly popular cake is made. Spoiler: it's probably not the best choice for a beginner baker to take on, but it sure is tasty. It's made from an ice cream mousse, chocolate crisp pearls, chocolate chiffon, hot fudge ganache and chantilly cream.

Next up: put the now double-butter creamed dome in the refrigerator. That's because the next step involves a hot glacage, which is also sometimes called a mirror glaze. It's a shiny coating. The Santa Mickey Cake gets two.

Now it's time to decorate. White modeling chocolate is painted with a gold luster for the belt buckle. There's a belt made of chocolate fondant and white chocolate Mickey ears painted with black cocoa butter.

Amorette's Patisserie also offers Minnie, Donald, Goofy and Pluto cakes. The Walt Disney Company is the parent company of ABC News.
