Eligible Entries will be judged by designated GMA staff chosen by the Sponsors in their sole discretion. If an Entrant in the Top 20 in any Round does not meet the eligibility criteria for the Contest, he or she will be eliminated, and the next eligible entry in the musical.ly “likes” rankings (#21, #22, #23, etc.) as of the end of the respective Round will be considered until 20 eligible Entries are established for that Round. In the event an Entry in the Top 20 is deemed ineligible, all other Entries will move up in the rankings accordingly. The judges will evaluate the eligible Entries for Rounds One, Two, and Three on the basis of musical.ly likes, creativity, performance, and potential for on-air appeal (the “Criteria”), each of which shall be weighted equally. The Finals will be judged on the basis of crowd appreciation with the judges determining the Winner based on the loudest crowd applause for each Finalist (the “Finals Criteria”). In the event of a tie, the entry with the higher score in creativity will advance to the next round or (in the Finals) will be declared the Winner. Decisions of the judges are final as to all Contest-related matters.
