— -- Said Kouachi, one of the now-deceased Paris shooters, once shared living quarters with the infamous "underwear bomber" at a Yemeni Arab language school in 2009, according to reports in the wake of last week's attack on the satirical newspaper Charlie Hebdo.

In an interview with the Associated Press, Yemeni journalist Mohammed al-Kibsi said he met Kouachi in 2010, just days after Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab was arrested for trying to detonate a bomb on a Detroit-bound plane.

Kouachi told al-Kibsi he met Abdulmutallab while he was studying Arabic at the Sanaa Institute for the Arabic Language.

ABC News' Martha Raddatz visited the school in 2010, and reported from inside Abdulmutallab's dormitory where al-Kibsi says Kouachi also lived.
