Shortly after his arrival in Madrid this morning, President Bush met with Spanish Prime Minister Jose Maria Aznar.
Tomorrow, the president flies to Brussels, where he'll hold a bilateral meeting with NATO Secretary General George Robertson.
Later, he'll meet with Belgium's King Albert II and Queen Paola.
