Muhammad Ali Hospitalized for Respiratory Issue

— -- Heavyweight boxing legend Muhammad Ali has been hospitalized in Phoenix, a representative for the athlete said in a press release.

Ali, who suffers from Parkinson's disease, is being treated by his team of doctors for a respiratory issue. He is in fair condition, and the hospital stay is expected to be brief.

Further details on Ali's condition were not immediately available. His family is requesting privacy at this time.

In late 2014, Ali was hospitalized with mild pneumonia, which resulted in a short hospital stay.
