— -- “Shark Tank” stars Mark Cuban, Daymond John and Kevin O’Leary are known for being tough with aspiring investors, but the tables were turned on the three moguls this evening during “Good Morning America”’s 40th anniversary livestream.

ABC News’ Rebecca Jarvis asked the investors about the secrets of their business and their personal lives, and the sharks shared insight about losing and making money on investments, their personal idiosyncrasies and even took questions from fans on Twitter.

O'Leary revealed that he once lost about $250,000 on a single investment, and John said he'd lost $9 million on two separate investments.

O'Leary said he should have listened to his intuition about the deal.

"That’s your combined experience being your friend ... If you're an entrepreneur, you’ll know when it’s right and you’ll know when it’s wrong," he said.

Jarvis also tested the sharks' financial knowledge in a series of "Jeopardy!"-like questions.

The sharks are known for being tough -- and even mean, and Jarvis asked them whether they'd ever apologized to an aspiring investor on the show.

"Hey, I'm only going to say something mean if I think they're scams," Cuban said, referring to the investments pitched on the show, while John admitted he's apologized once.
