Katy Perry and pals Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka were snapped dining on "acupuncture-treated fish" at Park Restaurant in Montreal this week, according to E! chef Antonio Park who posted the photo of the trio after they dined on the specially-treated fish, which reportedly allows fish to stay fresh.
