Jan. 11, 2011— -- Three days after Jared Lee Loughner allegedly unleashed a rampage in a supermarket parking lot in Arizona, the effects of the attack are still sinking in.

As President Obama prepares to travel to Arizona for a memorial service for those who lost their lives, federal law enforcement authorities are building their case against Loughner, claiming that he meticulously plotted his actions in targeting Rep. Gabrielle Giffords for assasination.

The attack has raised so many questions on issues ranging from gun control to Congressional security to the nation's political climate.
