Andrew "AJ" Freund's parents, Andrew "Drew" Freund Sr. and Joann Cunningham, are expected to get arraigned in court on Monday.

Joann Cunningham and Andrew Freund are charged with the death and disappearance of AJ.

The call was made by AJ Freund's father after he realized his son was gone.

JoAnn Cunningham, the mother of missing 5-year-old Andrew "AJ" Freund, is being "uncooperative" with investigators, police said.

There's no indication the missing 5-year-old was abducted, police said.

Investigators are now focusing on the home of 5-year-old Andrew Freund, and don't believe he ran away or was kidnapped.

Authorities confirmed that AJ Freund did not leave his house on foot and it is now a crime scene.

His mother had been cooperating with the police, her lawyer said.
