Both of the attorneys representing the police officers who were involved in the deadly confrontation with Alton Sterling praised Baton Rouge Police Chief Murphy Paul.

Matthew Gerald and his fellow officers died in a "targeted" attack against cops.

"It's in God's hands and we have to see what happens," the sheriff said.

Gavin Long declared himself a member of a “tribe” with “special laws.”

A deputy left his cover when he saw a fallen officer.

Montrell Jackson, 32, was one of the three officers killed Sunday.

The shootings left three officers dead and three others wounded.

"When he saw me, he stopped in his path," the witness told ABC News.
