March 3, 2008 -- Cesar Armando Laurean is wanted for his alleged involvement in the murder of 20-year-old Maria Lauterbach, who was pregnant at the time of her murder.

Scars and Marks: Laurean has a tattoo of a phoenix rising from the ashes on his left upper arm, and a large tattoo, possibly of a human skull layered over another image, on his right upper arm. Laurean also has a small mole on the left side of his face between his lower lip and his chin.
Remarks: Laurean has been a naturalized United States citizen since 2003. He is a United States Marine Corps Corporal who was assigned to Camp Lejeune, N.C., when he apparently fled from North Carolina during the early morning hours of Jan. 11, 2008.
Laurean is considered armed and dangerous.
Maria Lauterbach was a United States Marine Corps Lance Corporal assigned to Camp Lejeune, N.C. She had been missing since Dec. 14, 2007. The charred remains of Lauterbach and her unborn baby were recovered in a shallow grave in the backyard of Laurean's Jacksonville, N.C. residence.
A state arrest warrant was issued on Jan. 12, 2008, in Onslow County, N.C., after Laurean was charged with murder. That same day, Laurean was charged federally with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution by the United States District Court, Eastern District of North Carolina, Wilmington, N.C., and a federal warrant was issued for his arrest.
