'19 Kids and Counting's' Jill Duggar Dillard Looks Ready to Pop

— -- Jill Dillard announced in August she and husband Derick Dillard were expecting their first child, who has been affectionately hastagged "babydilly."
The "19 Kids and Counting" star and her husband just posted a sweet picture from the beach as Dillard enters her third trimester.
"Headed back to the USA. Praise God for the work He is doing in El Salvador. #babydillysfirstmissiontrip," Derick Dillard wrote.

The picture features Derick behind his wife, 23, gently embracing as she holds the baby bump.
Just weeks after tying the knot in June, the coupe announced earlier this summer that they were expecting. The baby is due in March.
Both had babies on their mind early right after the wedding on June 21. Jill Dillard told ABC News that in addition to having biological children, they hope to adopt as well.
"Both of us want as many kids as God will give us," she said. "My parents have kept popping them out so we'll see how [our] fertility is!"
