Courteney Cox Says Boyfriend Johnny McDaid 'Supports Me in Every Way'
The "Friends" star gushed about life with her new man.
April 28, 2014 -- Courteney Cox can't stop gushing about her new rocker beau Johnny McDaid.
At last week's New York premiere of her new movie, "Just Before I Go," the actress spoke to US Weekly and revealed how great the Snow Patrol front man really is.
"He supports me in every way," Cox said. "He supports me creatively. He really believed in the movie...and not just because he likes me, though I know that helps."
And McDaid, who's been dating the "Friends" star since last year, thinks the world of his new love.

"Courteney is the most completely confident person I've ever met -- at everything," he told US. "She gets music. She gets art. She gets the way a scene gets constructed, the way dialogue works. And she puts it all together in her mind and then explains it to the world and makes movies that make people laugh and cry, squirm and jump, all those things."
Cox, 49, also spoke to People magazine at the premiere, adding she got a chance to work with McDaid on her new film.
"Snow Patrol wrote three original songs for this movie. I'm really fortunate. It's amazing, all the musical things that he brought to it," she said. "I couldn't be happier. It really elevates the film in so many ways."
McDaid, Cox and even the actress's daughter Coco, 9, all enjoyed a trip to Venice earlier this year. By the looks of pictures from the February trip, even Coco - Cox's daughter from her marriage to David Arquette - approves.
