Former 'Dancing With the Stars' Contestant Noah Galloway and Fiancee End Engagement

— -- Noah Galloway, the double-amputee Army veteran who proposed to his girlfriend while competing on "Dancing With the Stars" earlier this year, has announced he is no longer engaged.
Galloway, 33, informed his Instagram followers Monday, posting a photo of himself with Jamie Boyd on the beach.
"After long and careful consideration we’ve decided to end our engagement," he wrote. "We love each other deeply and we’re confident we will remain friends. While we wanted to share this [with] you, we appreciate the respect of our privacy at this time."
Galloway proposed to Boyd during the May 11, 2015, edition of "Dancing With the Stars." He finished third during the spring season.
