The 53-year-old actor said "I do" to British-Lebanese barrister Amal Alamuddin, 36, in a private ceremony in Venice, Italy, Clooney's rep told ABC News.
The well-known Hollywood bachelor became engaged to Alamuddin in April. The couple first sparked relationship rumors last October when they dined out with friends.

A graduate of Oxford and New York University School of Law, Alamuddin has represented a number of high-profile clients, including WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange in his fight against extradition.
Clooney, who was married once before to actress Talia Balsam from 1989 to 1993, famously declared that he would never marry again.
Last December, he admitted that he was single because he was still waiting for the love of his life.
"I haven't met her yet," Clooney told W magazine.
A couple months later, he stepped out publicly with Alamuddin for the first time, taking her to the White House for a film screening.
This is believed to be Alamuddin's first marriage.
