Justin Bieber Pleads Not Guilty to DUI Charge
Faces charges he was drag racing and alleged DUI last week in Miami.
Jan. 29, 2014 -- Justin Bieber's attorney entered a not guilty plea to DUI, resisting arrest and driving with an expired license in Floridastemming from the singer's arrest in Miami last week.
The plea was entered on Wednesday in Miami-Dade County. He also has an arraignment set for Feb. 14 on Valentine's Day.
Justin Bieber was arrested around 4 a.m. on Jan. 23 after leaving a Miami Beach club for drag racing and alleged DUI. Police allege the pop singer admitted to having beer, marijuana and prescription drugs in his system.

Police also said he failed a sobriety test.
SLIDESHOW: Justin Bieber: Through the Years The singer spent the rest of the night in jail, posted bail for $2,500 and exited the courthouse later in the day. As he left, he jumped up on a car and waved to a throng of fans.
This is a first-degree misdemeanor, which could get him up to six months in jail and have his license suspended for six months.
