Kendra Wilkinson Latest Celebrity Caught on Tape

Playmate joins JLo, Carrie Prejean and other celebs taped in sexual situations.

May 21, 2010— -- Does Kendra Wilkinson protest too much?

While fighting the release of a sex tape shot of her and an ex-boyfriend, Wilkinson, 24, reportedly stands to make millions of dollars off the sale of the tape.

The tape's existence was first reported by OK! magazine earlier this month. On Thursday, a source told Radar online that Wilkinson's payday would include half of all sales of the sex tape. Her partner in the tape, ex-high school flame Justin Frye, has already pocketed a reported $100,000 for selling it to porn company Vivid Entertainment.

These days, the star of the E! reality show "Kendra" is seen as the adoring wife of NFL star Hank Baskett and new mom to Hank Jr.

In a display of new-mother piety, Wilkinson even bashed another reality mom, Kate Gosselin, for taking time away from her children to appear on "Dancing With the Stars."

But Wilkinson's past is less than saintly. She reportedly made the tape and several others with Frye, now a martial arts fighter, when she was 18.

"Kendra definitely was not shy about being in these tapes," the source told Radar. There are tapes of Kendra in really compromising positions ... doing a lot of embarrassing things."

Soon after Wilkinson and Frye broke up, she began dating Playboy mogul Hugh Hefner and starred in the E! hit show, "The Girls Next Door."

According to documents obtained by Radar, Wilkinson even tried to sell her old sex tapes in 2008, soon after becoming engaged to Baskett, but was unable to strike a deal.

Vivid recently announced that the tape will be available for sale in early June.

Wilkinson is certainly not the first celebrity to be caught on tape in a sexual situation. Here's a roundup of five others:

Jennifer Lopez

Jennifer Lopez was young, in love and not yet known as JLo when she made some reportedly racy home movies with first husband Ojani Noa.

Now Lopez is an A-list celebrity and mother of twins, and she has accused Noa, who describes himself as an "immigrant, chef and model," of trying to peddle more than 11 hours of unseen home video footage of "sexual situations" from their honeymoon.

Last November, Lopez slapped Noa with a $10 million breach of contract suit to try to stop him from marketing the footage and using it in a film he was producing called "How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The J Lo and Ojani Noa Story," which Noa described as the story of Lopez's "tumultuous first marriage."

Lopez and Noa were married for less than a year in 1997 and 1998, just as she was breaking out as a star in the biopic "Selena."

According to a copy of the lawsuit obtained by ABCNews.com, the film and recording star is seen "in revealing lack of clothing, and in sexual situations, especially in the hotel room footage from (her and Noa's) honeymoon."

But Claudia Vazquez, another producer of the film, told ABCNews.com that there is "nothing sexual" about the footage. "She's in a bikini, swimming in the pool," she said. "There are some situations in the hotel room where they are talking and playing around, but it's more like romantic."

Carrie Prejean

Another recent tape gaffe was commited by Carrie Prejean, the former Miss California USA who lost her crown for failing to fulfill the duties of her title. She then lost out in a lawsuit against the Miss California USA organization because they got their hands on her sex tape.

Today, Prejean told NBC that making the X-rated tape for her then-boyfriend when she was 17-years-old was "the biggest mistake of my life."

"All I know is there is a campaign against me trying to silence me," Prejean said. "They tried to embarrass me. They tried to humiliate me. They tried to attack me. And I'm still standing."

The 22-year-old beauty queen confirmed the existence of the tape to Fox News Monday night. According to The Associated Press, her X-rated video surfaced during a negotiating session with Miss California pageant officials over a lawsuit Prejean filed against the organization for stripping her of her crown earlier this year. When the tape's existence was revealed, Prejean settled her suit with the pageant, which paid her $100,000 to go toward her legal expenses, according to TMZ.com.

Pam Anderson

The "Baywatch" babe may not have started the celebrity sex tape phenomenon but she sure made them popular.

The tape of her and then husband Tommy Lee from Motley Crue, made by the then newlyweds, was stolen from their safe in 1996. Along with a few sessions of intercourse, it includes the couple exchanging vows.

The couple sued a video distribution company that obtained the video. They ultimately won $1.5 million and, more importantly, a share of the profits when the company sold copies of the stolen honeymoon sex tape.

Rob Lowe

Eight years before Anderson and Lee starred in their sex tape, Rob Lowe made headlines with his own. The leaked tape featured Lowe having sex with two women, including a 16-year-old, during the 1988 Democratic National Convention.

Lowe claimed he didn't know the 16-year-old was underage. It was later confirmed that they met a bar, which she had entered by lying about her age.

Another part of the tape, showing Lowe and a friend having sex with an American model in Paris, was sold as one of the first commercial sex tapes.

Lowe's image took a dive and he entered rehab for alcohol and sex addiction. His career eventually rebounded and he even mocked his bad-boy behavior as host of "Saturday Night Live."

Eric Dane

A tape starring "Grey's Anatomy" hot doc Eric Dane, his actress-wife Rebecca Gayheart and former Miss U.S. Teen Kari Ann Peniche appeared on Gawker.com in August. While no one was seen performing sexual acts, the three were seen nude in the video.

"This is an unfortunate incident where someone stole some property, personal property, among three very good friends," Peniche's manager, David Weintraub, told ABCNews.com. "They were very good friends when the tape was filmed a few years ago. I don't know if they're good friends now."

"From what I've seen, it's a naked tape, not a sex tape," Dane and Gayheart's attorney Marty Singer told TMZ. "At most, it's three people maybe wanting to have sex."

Dane and Gayheart filed a $1 million lawsuit against Gawker Media, the Web site's parent company, for copyright infringement in September.

Paris Hilton

Where would Hilton be without her sex tape?

Called "1 Night in Paris," the video filmed by her then-boyfriend Rick Salomon was released just before her reality series "The Simple Life" debuted in 2004 and made Hilton an instant sensation.

Hilton claimed she was "out of it" during the making of the video and Salomon sued her for defamation. She countersued and was awarded more than $400,000 that she said she would give to charity.

"I never received a dime from the video," she told GQ in 2006. "It's just dirty money and (Salomon) should give it all to some charity for the sexually abused or something. I mean I so didn't do it for attention."
