The fitness guru posted a photo to his Facebook account today, which shows him wearing a dress and a wig.
"I'm in a dancing mood!" he wrote.

Simmons, 65, may be having an early birthday party: He turns 66 tomorrow. He's also still preaching his weight-loss tips and tricks, which of course, include dancing.
"As long as God has blessed your body to be strong enough to get yourself moving everyday then, by all means, you should use that blessing!" he wrote.
