Afterward, Chyna, 28, took to Instagram to post a special "It's a Girl" video clip. Kardashian, 29, the only son of Kris Jenner and the late Robert Kardashian, shared the video, adding, "We having a girl!!!! can't wait to see her."
Older sister Kim Kardashian West chimed in on Twitter to congratulate the engaged couple.
Sister Khloe was also thrilled by the news.
Chyna, whose real name is Angela White, and Kardashian announced their engagement in April. A month later, she revealed on Instagram that she was expecting their first child.
