This mom turns her kids' healthy meals into Disney characters

Dinner just got a lot more magical with this mom's Disney food creations.

One mom is making the dinner table the happiest place on earth. Laleh Mohmedi transforms her children's meals into Disney characters.

"I make all kinds of meals out of characters," Mohmedi told "Good Morning America." "From Donald Duck smoothie bowls to 'Inside Out' skewers, to mashed potato Carl from 'Up.'"

"In May of 2015 I decided to turn my son's spelt pancakes into a lion, he absolutely loved it and Jacob's Food Diaries was born," said Mohmedi.

While Mohmedi does't have a culinary background, she serves up some of the most creative dishes that go beyond Disney including Spongebob Squarepants. Mohmedi creates all kinds of characters for Jacob to enjoy.

Mohmedi's meals use no artificial coloring and she always leaves a special marker on the plate for her son.

"I put a 'J' on my creations ... 'J' for Jacob and also to add an extra element of nutrition on the plate," Mohmedi explained. "The 'J' could be made out of vegetables or protein."

Mohmedi didn't begin this culinary journey with the intention of making it into a career, but that's just what she said happened.

"Never in my widest dreams did I think this would turn into a full-time career for me," Mohmedi said. "So when I'm not making creations for Jacob I'm either making them for clients."

Social media has been eating up Mohmedi's cartoon creations. Her Instagram page, Jacob's Food Diaries, has over two hundred thousand followers.

"When I first opened up on Instagram account it was purely to inspire other parents to make healthy food fun and to be able to create magical moments with their children," Mohmedi told "GMA."

Disney is the parent company of ABC News.
