Answer: Well, it does seem that people respond differently to different NSAIDs. And so, it's worth trying a few, trying Tylenol or acetaminophen, and then a few different NSAIDs.

Generally, when we look at head-to-head comparison between these drugs, they perform about the same. However, individuals seem to have different responses to different drugs. I can't say exactly what your chances are, that you're going to respond to one and not another, but most people feel that it's worth trying a second or a third one.
