Trump Touts Tom Brady’s Support But Quarterback Says He Hasn’t Voted Yet

Brady said he hadn't voted on Monday morning.

Asked Monday morning on the Kirk & Callahan talk radio show if he was among the 25 percent of Massachusetts voters to have cast their ballot before Friday's early voting deadline, Brady responded "No, I haven’t voted yet.”

Brady said he would vote "today, or tomorrow," but early voting in the state has ended and the deadline to apply for absentee ballots passed on Monday at noon.

In a campaign rally on Monday night, Trump bragged, “Tom Brady, great guy, great friend of mine, great, great champion, unbelievable winner. He called today and he said, ‘Donald, I support you, you’re my friend, and I voted for you.’

"This guy is a champ and a winner and he is a great person,” Trump added. “So I said, Tom, you voted for me, you support me, am I allowed to say it tonight to this massive crowd in New Hampshire? He said, ‘If you want to say it, you can say it.’"

"By the way," Trump told the raucous crowd. "Is there a better reference than Tom Brady and Bill Belichick? I don’t think so."
