— -- Cleveland Cavaliers star LeBron James cut his head after crashing into photographers during Game 4 of the NBA Finals Thursday night.
James was fouled by Golden State's Andrew Bogut while driving to the basket in the second quarter. He fell backwards -- hitting his head on a camera -- and remained down for several minutes while play was stopped.
James used a towel to stop the bleeding before making one of two free throws.
Golden State topped Cleveland in Thursday's game, 103-82.
