Fire vs. Ice: A Frozen Philadelphia in Wake of 6-Alarm Fire

-- Philadelphia cars and buildings were frozen over today after firefighters battled a 6-alarm fire in the neighborhood of Frankford Saturday.
The fire was at an auto repair shop, according to ABC station WPVI-TV in Philadelphia.
Residents were evacuated.
A firefighter, a woman and a juvenile were taken to the hospital, WPVI said. The owner of the shop told WPVI his dog died in the blaze.
