text: A naked man crashed a pickup truck into a Dallas mall, then drove over a few kiosks before stopping to try on clothes and shoes, police say.

Arthur Walker, 35, allegedly drove a red Dodge pickup truck through the double glass doors of Southwest Center Mall at 7:30 a.m. Friday, and hit several kiosks before driving through the pulled down gates of a Champs Sports store.

Once at the Champs Sports store, Walker got out of the truck and dressed himself in some of the store's clothing and a pair of Nike Jordan sneakers.

Police arrived and arrested Walker inside the store. An ambulance took him to the hospital to be evaluated, but not before Sgt. Elliott Forge returned the new shoes to the store.

"I only took off the sneakers, because nobody wants to see him nude. We can at least return the sneakers," Forge told WFAA. "My assessment is he wasn't in his right mind."

text: A prison inmate alleges his First Amendment rights are being violated because he cannot have access to jigsaw puzzles.

Alan Berkun, who is serving six years for stock fraud, said he was "unconstitutionally barred from ordering a jigsaw puzzle from Amazon.com to the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn," according to court documents obtained by ABC News.

The inmate has petitioned the courts for the puzzles.

"I should be able to order puzzles from Amazon.com — and I think every prisoner should be allowed this right," Berkun said via speakerphone, according to the New York Post. "I can order a book from Amazon.com."

Based on court filings, Berkun's battle to purchase a puzzle began last year.

text: In Gallus Strobel's 10 years as mayor of Triberg, a small town in Germany's Black Forest region, his bid to create two male and 12 female parking spots in the town's new public lot is one of his greatest feats, he said.

"I have much pleasure with this idea," Strobel told ABC News. "I decided last month to do this as a question of humor for our society, and as a question of justice."

By "justice," Strobel said he meant that allowing for two difficult-to-maneuver and potentially dangerous spots in the parking complex to remain in use, to be challenged by "better" male drivers.

"It's a joke," Strobel said. "Everyone in Triberg thinks it is a joke. We looked at the two parking spaces and we said, 'They could be dangerous for your car,' so at the same time, we decided to make them for men, and then give 12 others for women."

He said that this "rule" was more symbolic than a rule of law, and that women were more than welcome to take part in the parking challenge. Asked about how difficult these two spaces really were to handle, Strobel laughed and said, "Many park here every day. Myself, I also parked there many times, especially now for all the TV and media who come.

"But many also cannot park; like my secretary. Five times she tried and no success."
