'Your 3 Words,' the Live Event on 'Good Morning America'
The epic event unfolds in a dozen locations across America and abroad.
Sept. 8, 2011 -- "Good Morning America" asked: How much can you say in just three words? Can you express your thoughts, your feelings, your sadness or joy? Could your three words be a celebration of a special event, or a thought on everyday life?
Viewer responses poured in.
"Your Three Words" became a weekly "GMA" segment where three words sent in by viewers are set to video and aired on TV and online.
So "GMA" reached even higher and dreamed even bigger.
What if we took "Your Three Words" live? What if we spotlighted "GMA" viewers sharing the three words that inspire them, from dozens of locations across America and abroad?
Never been done. So much fun. Most inspiring morning.
The "Your Three Words" live event unfolded today from "GMA's" brand-new studio in the heart of Times Square with "GMA's" anchors and crew sharing their most inspiring words.
"I. Love. Sarina.," were the three words Josh Elliott sent out to his three-year-old daughter.
"Bring. It. On.," challenged Robin Roberts.
From Times Square it was on to Chicago's Millennium Park -- where Deeply Rooted Dance Troup performed a choreographed number, revealing their three words: "Turning Life Around."
"Dance has been the catalyst of my inspiration," one Troup member told "GMA." "I've been able to do things I never thought were possible. Everyone is capable of it."
At Boston's Fenway Park, Little League players -- boys and girls -- lined up near a pitcher's mound. Their three words? "We Dream Big."
"They mean that you can be successful in life and achieve your goals," a young boy explained. "My dream is to work in law enforcement and to be a cop to help out my community."

You also saw students at Arizona State University in Phoenix -- "Be the Change," and 18 newborns at Houston's Memorial Hermann Hospital. "Watch Out World!" was the message from infants with big plans.
"Follow Your Dreams," came from little girls dressed up as princesses at Walt Disney World in Orlando, and fishmongers at Pike Place Fish Market in Seattle encouraged America to "Catch Our Spirit!"
From a hot air balloon above Leiper's Fork, Tenn., we got another message: "Sky's the Limit!"
Seniors from the Shoreline Sharks Triathlon club in West Haven, Conn., were "Bringing Sexy Back," and man's best friend wasn't to be left out. Six dogs from Paws 'N Effect dog training center in Camden, Conn., and a talented trick pup Rooney from DiscDogs A2Z, assured us: "We Don't Judge."
Servicemen and servicewomen from Bagram Air Force Base in Afghanistan sent a "Hi, From Afghanistan," along with a reminder: "Proudly Serving America."
And from the roof of the "GMA" Times Square Studios in New York City, even more messages.
"We're Stronger Together," was the unified three words chosen by the "GMA" team.
The live event unfolded to OneRepublic's live performance of its hit song, "Good Life."
Calling the chance to be a part of "Your Three Words" a "huge honor," the band was happy to add its own three words to the live event.
"Take More Chances."
"I know a lot of people in life are afraid to take chances, " lead singer Ryan Tedder said. "The whole reason we exist is because we took chances."
"Take more chances. I'm all for it," he said.
