*NSYNC drops new song 'Better Place' from 'Trolls Band Together': Listen here
"Better Place" is the boy band's first new music in more than two decades.
*NYSNC's first song in more than two decades, "Better Place," is finally here in all its glory.
The boy band -- consisting of members Lance Bass, JC Chasez, Joey Fatone, Chris Kirkpatrick and Justin Timberlake -- recorded the track for the forthcoming film "Trolls Band Together," in theaters Nov. 17.
Fans first learned of the new song earlier this month when a trailer for the movie dropped and a snippet of "Better Place" could be heard in it.
The song is a delight for any fan, as the group -- which recently reunited at the 2023 MTV Video Music Awards -- are channeling the same magic they had back in the late '90s and early 2000s.
"Just let me take you to a better place / I'm gonna make you kiss the sky tonight / Yeah, if you let me show the way / I'm so excited to see you excited," they sing in the chorus. "I'll take you to a better place, yoo-hoo / And, baby, you can love me on the way / We're flyin' up to outer space / I'm so excited to see you excited."
Timberlake stars in the "Trolls" franchise as the voice of Branch, one of the main characters opposite Anna Kendrick's Poppy.
The "SexyBack" singer previously opened up about *NSYNC getting back together for "Better Place," saying in a behind-the-scenes video of the making of the song that "so many stars aligned" for it to happen.
"If we do this song, it's a love letter to our fans," he also said in the clip. "I would be honored to have the group on this song."
