June 19, 2012 — -- intro: Oh, Alec. It seems like we've been saying that a lot, lately. From getting kicked off a plane to fighting with photographers, the 54-year-old "30 Rock" actor just can't keep his temper tamped down. Let's relive some of Brawlin' Baldwin's baddest moments:

quicklist: 1title: Accused of Punching the Papparazzitext: Whatever the opposite of marital bliss is, Alec Baldwin embodied it Tuesday morning when he allegedly punched a New York Daily News photographer in the face outside Manhattan's city clerk's office. The "30 Rock" actor was obtaining a license to wed fiancée Hilaria Thomas when cameraman Marcus Santos attempted to take his picture. "He comes after me, starts shoving and punching me," Santos told the Daily News. "One time, right in the chin. And then he started shoving me, and pushing me. Then he goes the other way."

Santos filed a complaint against Baldwin Tuesday and went to a hospital to be examined for injuries. In an interview with ABC News, he said he was resting, taking painkillers and has consulted a lawyer.

That lawyer, Sanford Bernstein, told ABC News he expects to meet with Santos and prosecutors today.

Sources told ABC News that Baldwin is keeping his options open regarding the possibility of filing his own assault complaint. A statement released by Baldwin's publicist Tuesday said no punches were thrown outside the clerk's office and Baldwin was assaulted by the photographer who was "aggressively trying to shoot" the actor and his fiancée. The statement said that as a civilian tried to block his shot, the photographer "was clearly frustrated, pushed past the bystander and assaulted Alec with his camera. There were no punches thrown, and any subsequent physical contact was simply Alec protecting himself."

True to form, Baldwin is venting on Twitter. "A 'photographer' almost hit me in the face with his camera this morning," he wrote this morning, adding the hash tag, "#allpaparazzishouldbewaterboarded."

quicklist: 2title: One of Many Twitter Tiradestext: Baldwin seemed blissful days after announcing his engagement to Thomas, a yoga instructor. But he was none too pleased when a Daily News reporter and photographer snuck into Thomas' class to get a closer look at the bride to be. He posted a slew of tweets condemning them, such as: "Shame on the no-talent trash from the Daily News for invading the privacy of 75 people in a yoga class to take a picture of someone." He also found a photo of one of the staffers and tweeted it along with the introduction, "Here's the nutty b***h who crashed the yoga class today."

quicklist: 3title: Snark on a Planetext: In December, Baldwin's love for the iPhone game Words with Friends got him "reamed out" on an American Airlines flight and led to him being kicked off the plane. "Flight attendant on American reamed me out 4 playing WORDS W FRIENDS while we sat at the gate, not moving," he initially tweeted, along with the hashtag, "#nowonderamericaairisbankrupt."

After being asked to leave that plane and getting on another AA flight, he apologized to his fellow passengers, but not to "the 1950's gym teacher" or other members of the plane crew that forced him off because he wouldn't turn off his phone. "The lesson I've learned is to keep my phone off when the 1950's gym teacher is on duty," he wrote on his Huffington Post blog. "That was my fault there, even though this trip was quite a bit different from so many others. But it is sad, I think, that you've got to fly overseas today in order to bring back what has been thrown overboard by U.S. carriers in terms of common sense, style and service."related: 15113957

quicklist: 4title: Angry at AOL text: In October 2010, AOL ran a story saying that Baldwin had insulted fellow sitcom actor Jim Parsons by sending him a gift basket with a card that read "Congratulations you talented, charming bastard." On his Huffington Post blog, Baldwin lashed out, writing, "I thought that was a joke. I think Parsons knew that. I think anyone on Earth could see that. Except the eighth degree, black belt idiots that compose the AOL homepage." He added that he's "still a loyal AOL user. In spite of the fact that its homepage content is written by the dumbest bastards in the world."

Nevermind that AOL now owns the site that hosts his blog.

quicklist: 5title: The Infamous Voice Mail text: In 2007, TMZ.com released a recording of a voice mail Baldwin left his then 11-year-old daughter, calling her a "rude, thoughtless little pig" for not returning his calls and bashing her mother/his ex-wife, Kim Basinger. Baldwin later apologized for the voice mail and used the incident as inspiration for "Promise to Ourselves," his 2008 book about his struggle to remain part of his daughter's life. related: 3061221
