Brady's ex took to social media after his suspension was reversed.
— -- Shortly after a federal judge overruled Tom Brady's four-game suspension Thursday, his ex took to social media to share her "congrats" for the father of her child.
"Yippee! I can go back to private texts and enjoying the game congrats #TB and @Patriots #letsmoveon," she wrote.
Brady, 38, and the actress, 44, dated from 2004 to 2006 and in late 2007, the former couple welcomed a baby boy John. Brady married supermodel Gisele Bundchen in 2009.
The NFL has appealed the reversal of Brady's suspension yesterday after U.S. District Judge Richard M. Berman took shots at the league's commissioner for dispensing "his own brand of industrial justice," according to the Associated Press.
Brady has insisted his innocence since the investigation over deflated footballs used by his team in the AFC Championship Game began earlier in the year.
