Hello Kitty Exhibit Opens in LA

The first ever Hello Kitty exhibition in North America opens this weekend at the Japanese American National Museum in Los Angeles, Calif., Oct. 10, 2014. The exhibition "Hello! Exploring the Supercute World of Hello Kitty" which celebrates the 40th anniversary of the beloved icon from its early beginnings in Japan to eventual worldwide popularity, will run from Oct. 11 to April 26, 2015 at the Japanese American National Museum.
