'Bachelorette' Stars Andi Dorfman and Josh Murray Split
The couple got engaged on the last season of the ABC reality show.
-- "Bachelorette" stars Andi Dorfman and Josh Murray have ended their engagement.
The couple said that the break-up was mutual. "After several months of being engaged and working on our relationship, we have decided that it's best for both of us to go our separate ways," they said in a statement obtained by People. "We are very sad that it has come to this point, but this is what's best for both of us individually."
Dorfman, 27, and Murray, 30, added that they will remain "good friends."
"[We] have nothing but great things to say about each other and wish each other the best," they concluded.
The former Atlanta assistant district attorney got engaged to the former baseball player during last year's season finale of "The Bachelorette." On Monday, she told People that wedding planning had stalled, however.
"It's time to take a little break and make a little home in Atlanta and figure it out there,” she told the magazine. "[But] I would definitely have some of the girls from my season in my wedding, at my wedding. There's definitely some girls that I’ve kept in good contact with -- they're some of my best friends.”
