Meet the 96-year-old 'Dancing Nana' who still breaks it down on the dance floor

Shirley Goodman may be 96 years old, but the grandmother of 10 and great-grandmother of three still loves to hit the dance floor any chance she can get.

Dubbed the "Dancing Nana," Goodman rose to viral fame after her grandchildren posted videos of her dancing at her great-nephew's wedding and events on social media.

Footage of Goodman's wedding dance has racked up nearly 50 million views online.

"It's overwhelming, it's wonderful," Goodman said today on "Good Morning America" while dancing. "I love every minute of it."

"I went viral and i feel fine," Goodman joked.

She may be four years shy of being a centenarian, but Goodman now has her own Instagram page, where she posts videos of her moves regularly.

She started dancing at just 8 years old, meaning Goodman has been shaking it out for over 80 years. Her slogan has become "It took 96 years to look this good."

Goodman's favorite line dance is "The Tush Push," which has since become a tradition at every large family gathering.

While Goodman currently lives in Sarasota, Florida, she is originally from Schenectady, New York, where she ran a dance studio in the 1940's while her husband was a prisoner of war in Germany during World War II, according to her grandson.

To this day, Goodman continues to spread her love of dance by teaching at senior homes and organizations in the Sarasota area, and breaking it down on the dance floor at every family event.
