Franken is accused by multiple women of groping and forcibly kissing them.

The senator insists he will not resign.

"I've let a lot of people down," the senator told reporters.

A woman says Sen. Al Franken groped her while taking a photo at the Minnesota State Fair in 2010.

Tweeden accused Franken of forcibly kissing her in 2006.

She has been in the public eye for some time.

The accusations stem from a 2006 USO trip to Afghanistan.

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has called for an ethics investigation.

"I don't know what was in my head when I took that picture," Franken said.
