Beyonce & Jay Z Post Collage of First Vegan Meals - All the Details!
It has begun.
After announcing Tuesday they would go vegan for 22 days, Beyonce posted a picture yesterday of some of the plant-based meals she and husband Jay Z will be enjoying.
With the tag "#22dayveganchallange," Beyonce posted a collage Wednesday of four tasty looking dishes - two of which Real Food Daily in West Hollywood said was their Kung Pao (top left) and Great Cardini salad (bottom right).
According to the Real Food's menu, the Kung Pao includes stir-fry veggies, lotus root, marinated tempeh in a spicy ginger garlic sauce over pineapple fried rice with toasted cashews.

The Great Cardini's highlights are Tuscan kale, red quinoa, roasted yam croutons and creamy almond shallot dressing.
"We were so happy to have them dine with us on the first day of their #plantbasedcleanse! What gracious individuals. Thank u," the restaurant's Twitter account posted yesterday.
The "Watch the Throne" rapper, 44, started the 22-day vegan diet earlier this week around the time of his birthday.
"On December 3rd, one day before my 44th birthday I will embark on a 22 Days challenge to go completely vegan, or as I prefer to call it, plant-based!!" the rapper said. "So you can call it a spiritual and physical cleanse. I will post my progress."
Good luck, Jay, looks like you're off to a good start!
