Beyonce posts ‘twinning’ photo with daughter Blue Ivy
Beyoncé shared a split image of her younger self and her daughter.
Beyoncé maintains a relatively low profile on social media but treated her fans to a surprise on Thursday.
The 37-year singer and mother of three shared a sweet snap of her younger self alongside her daughter, Blue Ivy, 7, noting how much the two look alike in the caption.
"Someone made this comparison of me at age 7 and Blue at age 7," she wrote alongside the split image. "My baby is growing up."
Her loyal legion of superfans, the "Beyhive," unsurprisingly loved Beyoncé’s comparison post.
Many of the eagle-eyed followers also noticed that the singer added a caption for the post, which she doesn't typically do.
"A caption???? She is talking DIRECTLY TO US," one fan joked in the comments.
Beyoncé also shared a photo shoot that appears to be taken by Blue Ivy. In the photos, she posed in a striped, multicolored jumpsuit.
She included a photo of Blue Ivy smiling in the photo series.
"Photo Credit: B.IV," Beyoncé captioned the post.
