Complaints Move From Burma to the U.N.

The 20,000 red-robed monks who are protesting the repressive regime in Myanmar will get some support from President Bush Tuesday when he addresses the United Nations on the 60th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The president will use the occasion to announce new sanctions aimed at key members of the leadership of Myanmar's military government, and visa bans for key individuals associated with the regime.
