Time Magazine's 2012 Most Influential List
Time Magazine's 2012 list of 100 most influential people in the world, released on Wednesday morning, featured a healthy mix of global leaders, artists and rebels as usual.
The ninth annual list, which will hit newsstands on Thursday, was compiled by editors at Time incorporating votes from the public.
First launched in 1999, the list has included only a few repeat influential people under specific categories. Oprah Winfrey reportedly has been in the list the most frequently, included nine times consecutively.
