Australia is going to keep a close eye on Kim Kardashian going forward. She has been placed on the country’s immigration department watch list for breaching its visa rules, according to Australia’s Herald Sun . She reportedly passed herself off as a tourist during three visits to the Land Down Under in the past four years — most recently last month — even though she was conducting business there.

Though the immigration department won’t specifically comment on the Kardashian case, it says, “If people are undertaking work in Australia, they need to be on appropriate visa with work conditions attached to it.” If the Kardashian report is accurate, the department would take into account her previous visits when considering her next visa application.

Kardashian went to Australia not long after filing for divorce from husband Kris Humphries to promote a line of handbags.
