Katy Perry and Russell Brand have agreed to a divorce settlement. Court documents filed Tuesday in Los Angeles indicate that the ex-couple has reached a "comprehensive written settlement of all issues," including distribution of property, according to  People magazine. Perry asked the court to block Brand from receiving spousal support.

Perry also has moved to legally restore her maiden name, Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson. She signed the court papers with a smiley face in her last name.

Perry and Brand reportedly did not have a prenuptial agreement in place, and he is not seeking any money from the pop star.

Brand filed for divorce on Dec. 30, citing irreconcilable differences. The divorce won't become official until about six months after that filing, under California law.

Perry and Brand married in October 2010 in India.
